Get ready for an adrenaline-fueled weekend as the Hybrid Series Ireland HYROX simulation takes centre stage in Athlone TUS. As a proud HYROX affiliate, we've crafted a beginner, intermediate and advanced level competition that welcomes fitness enthusiasts of all backgrounds. Compete as an individual, join forces with a partner in the doubles category, or rally your friends or work colleagues to form a relay team of 4. No matter how you choose to participate, you'll find yourself immersed in an atmosphere of community, determination, and pure excitement at this beginner-friendly HYROX event.

HYROX – Fitness for Everyone
HYROX is a global fitness race that combines running and functional workouts in a unique and engaging format. Participants alternate between running 1km and completing a functional workout station, repeating this cycle eight times. The race takes place indoors, creating an immersive and electrifying atmosphere where spectators can cheer you on from start to finish. With a consistent format across the globe, HYROX enables global leaderboards and a cumulative World Championships at the end of each race season. Whether you're a professional athlete, an everyday fitness enthusiast, or a complete beginner, HYROX Ireland is the sport for everybody.
